Amazing food. Surprising that they don't offer the typical dining experience but they sure know how to make good food. Highly recommend!

It says on the signs take-out only but you can actually eat in the restaurant which is nice, it's just not full service. Just order and pay and they actually delivered our food to our table. The food was good. My husband liked his Panag curry. I had a veggie dish with peanut sauce which was okay, the veggies were fresh. I did enjoy the Thai iced tea too! I think I would like to try some other dishes and it's good to know that you can get tofu instead of meat which is nice. Located next to BMC hospital.

Chicken Fried rice is delicious! Sad to see the place empty for dinner. Highly recommend this place!

I am so grateful for Vongs! It is located across the street from Berkshire Medical Center...and I learned tonight it is a place for comfort food for many connected to the hospital. I had spent most of the day at the hospital with a family member and was in need of dinner and was craving the comfort of a big hot steaming bowl of Pho (noodle soup). I also couldn't resist ordering the summer rolls. The place is no frills. The food is very good and the service is friendly. There is a small bar with maybe 10-12 seats. They have staff shortages like many places so they are doing counter service....order at the counter, and you can either take it out or eat it in. They have about 10 tables for eating in. I sat at the bar since I was by myself. The service is so friendly, and very accommodating. The tv at the bar was on a very annoying show so I asked if if could change the channel and they were more than happy to allow me to choose whatever I wanted. The beef pho was exactly how you would expect it...served with sliced jalapeños, fresh bean sprouts, lime wedges, a side of hoisin and a side of sirractcha and lots of fresh herbs. The broth was so rich and flavorful, and the rice noodles were long and just the right amount. The beef was sliced thin, and cut into smallish pieces which made them easier to eat. The summer rolls were fresh with crunchy veggies and fresh shrimp on the inside and soft rice wrapper on the outside. I still had my hospital visitor tag on, and I noticed two other people in the place also had hospital visitor tags on, and the guy next to me at the bar was a physician who had just got off work, and while I ate I noticed several people in hospital workwear picking up take out. Thank you Vong's for being open on a Sunday night and serving delicious comfort food to the many people connected to the hospital in one way or another.

Takeout was quick and tasty. Portions were huge. I could probably make 3 meals out of my Pad Gaprow.

This is our second time eating at Vongs, we live in Rochester and travel to Long Island often and this is now our go to place for Thai food on our way home. The food is outrageous and I can't say enough good things about this place, it's clean, the workers are great and the food is exceptional. Totally recommend it.

The food is always the best. Made very fresh and very fast. A terrific staff. Wish you could still dine in, but understand the staffing issues. I'm a repeat customer regardless.

Despite eliminating their waiting on tables, the food is fantastic and they still give you the option to eat in the restaurant as long as you take care of your own table busing. Excellent Thai cuisine.
